Attach the chains to a pair of nipple rings making it a beautiful piece of nipple jewelry, and/or attach the extension chains to add weight for a heightened sensation. Wear it as a harness over your clothes by attaching the extension chains and still wear the nipple rings on their own. Nipple Rings are all stainless steel and have 4 screws to exact the perfect tension and squeeze to the nipples.
